Kirkwood Oaks is a 2-acre renovation of the larger existing campus located off of Kirkwood Boulevard in Southlake, Texas. The renovation included a new lobby, leasing office and tenant amenities. The landscape design aimed to resolve connectivity to create a formerly absent sense of arrival and drop-off.
